Return & Refund Policies
We make every effort to create a high-quality product, and we want our customers to love their shopping experience with Mr. Dezyner and be satisfied with their purchases. However, if something isn’t right, please let us know.
We need a photograph of the damaged or problematic item emailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number, the item you want to return within 24 hours of delivery. If the photographs are not received within the stated time frame, we will be unable to replace or refund them.
Our team will analyse the damage after receiving the photographs; if the damage is accepted and a complaint is lodged, we ask that you return the product to us.
Once the product is received, Mr. Dezyner’s customer service team inspects it to see whether a return is necessary. If so, the fault is then resolved in accordance with their authority.
Since these are custom-made items, which are only made after we receive an order and there is no in-stock inventory, it should be noted that in the event of a return, 40% of the purchase price will be forfeited as part of the production expense and a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount, which can be utilized for future purchases.
How can I return a defective product?
To return your product by mail, simply follow these simple steps.
Send us an email at email@example.com with the order number, the item you want to return, and any further comments. Pack your return securely in the original packaging, with all of the original tags still attached.
We will not accept the product :
- if it has been damaged by you
- if it has been altered in accordance with the specifications you provided.
- if it has been worn.
When will I receive my credit note for my returns?
After handing your product to the return shipper, you should anticipate receiving your Credit Note within four weeks; however, you will usually get your money back sooner. This period includes the transit time (5 to 10 business days) for us to get your return from the shipper, the processing time (3 to 5 business days) once we have it, and the time it takes for us to perform the quality check (5 to 10 business days).
Do you exchange or replace items?
We do not presently provide the option of exchanging any items. We do not presently have the ability to exchange any items. We can only replace the exact ordered product if we made a mistake.
Can I cancel an order?
We can cancel an item before your purchase is sent to the workshop, or within 24 hours. You must cancel the current order and place a new one in order to change an item or order. The fabric cannot be changed once it has been cut.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Dezyner shall not be held liable for any inaccurate fund transfers or returns resulting from faulty customer input.
- The consumer is solely responsible for the correctness of the information provided.
- Refund will be issued only after product is received at our warehouse/store & after quality check
- Please ensure that the packet is completely sealed before handing it over to courier partners.
